SHIPPING

UK first class, international is sent by airmail, and can take up to 21 days. This is not tracked. If you would like items tracked this will incur a fee. Please contact me regarding this.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt provided they are in there unused and in satisfactory condition with there original packaging where possible. Please contact me to arrange this.
I will refund the full purchase price excluding delivery costs.
You must pay the return postage fees and we would advise some form of proof of posting e.g. recorded delivery to cover items lost

We hope that you receive your items in a satisfactory condition. If damage has occurred in transit, please let us know within 24 hours of receipt, so that we can take the appropriate action.
If you have not received your purchases within 7 days of dispatch confirmation uk, & days international .....please email us. Please check with your local post office, before you email us. In case they tried to deliver unsuccessfully.

We will acknowledge all matters within 7 days, and aim to resolve all complaints within 21 day. You must pay return postage fees.

CARE OF YOUR ITEMS

I advise cool hand wash due to the nature of most items. Some may only be spot cleaned.

SUMMARY

I am a working mum, and sometimes things are out of my control..e.g sick baby parents i will let you know asap of any crisis i may have. so please bear with me if any problem arises.
I have opened this shop to make it easier for the items i post on fb at great prices for you all. So you dont have to wait for invoices. I would like to be able to sell more from this shop and keep my prices low.
